This unit is great!! We hooked it up last season and my 21 round pool stayed nice and warm. Even in our Northeast climate. The best part, is my electric bill. Compared to the gas heater I had before, this cost me almost nothing to run. The only downside (and this is a very minor downside), is that it heats much slower than my old gas heater. So, at the beginning of the year it took a week for me to get it up to temperature; where my gas heater would only take the weekend.

This company does not stand behind their warranty.
I had the Aqua Pro 400 for 2 month’s after developing a leak in the heat exchanger, I called Aqua Pro. They told me that I was over chlorinating the water, and the high chlorination correded the pipe. They said I would be responsable for the repairs.
I had their recommened service company replace the heat exchanger. Once the sevice techniciation removed the part, it was found to be a weakining of the copper tubing due to over heating of the tubing for brazing at the time of manufacturing.
I sent photos of the break to Aqua Pro, and they agreed that the leak was not caused from corrision and told the repair technician to send the bill to Aqua Pro.
The next day I get a call the the service company, and they said Aqua Pro called and would not be paying for the repairs because the leak was caused by corrosion.
This company will lie it’s way out of standing behind their warranty.
