Had little to no problems with the spa during the first year. Now, toward the end of our second year – we have six small, black plastic jets that have popped out of place. In fact, we found them laying at the bottom of the spa. We have been religious about the cleanliness and chemical balance of the water, so we are stumped. Of course, we will have to pay for all parts and repair. Anyone else out there with a similar problem? Again – we have the Cayman model. The manufacturer keeps telling us its a “chemical problem.” According to our test strips, we don’t have a chemical problem. Help, please.
