I can't believe how heavy the chairs and table are. But that's good. My last two sets blew over. The first was glass so it shattered. The second was a cheap piece of crap I got at a discount chain store--rhymes with beers. It had some sort of man made top and it cracked too. This set will not blow over. It is more expensive than the other two sets combined but i won't be buying another set next year, or the year after, or the year after that.
