This is a nice spa but has a few drawbacks. It has plenty of powerful jets and fits nicely into the corner of my deck. It does have a few flaws though. The buttons on the control pad are not backlit. It is impossible to use the control at night unless you have floodlights around the spa. The neck jets are above the water line making them useless. Turning them on is like having a high pressure garden hose sprayed in your face. The drain is a little cumbersome. It is located in an indentation one can barely get two fingers into yet one must remove the cap, twist the valve and pull it out. Finally, when refilled my spa always get an air lock at the pump. The dealer told me to unscrew the supply side pump line to bleed the air. This requires dissassembly of virtually the entire spa.

I am retired and live alone as I am a widow. This spa suits me fine. When my daughter and grandchild visit we have a good time in my little spa.

I recently purchased a Valencia from Leisure Depot in Charleston, SC. The spa has been a pleasure to own, and has performed exactly as it was presented by the sales staff. It fit our room perfectly.
